Good news arrived last week with the letting of Prologis’ 380,000sqft distribution unit to M&S. The unit has been vacant for 18 months and the letting is a shot in the arm to the market and helps underpin our fee income for the start of a new financial year.

The combined forces of Lamonts and Barlows were beaten narrowly by the younger and more experienced Liberty and Legat Owen team led by Emyr Williams.
